In my opinion yes I think its justified that some spots on google maps are blurred. The reason I think this is that the government doesn't want people to see it. They dont want them to see it because it could be a top secret place. So they keep it secret by blurring it. For example when people look up Area 51 it doesn't show you the actual area. They do that so people can't go and see the actual location.
