It is very important to start the day off with a healthy breakfast because that is the meal that gives you energy for the day. Other ways to stay healthy is to exercise every day and to eat properly. Ways to eat properly are to cut back on bread and bready foods like pizza, chips, cookies, and other foods that have a lot of bread in them.
