Helping Planet Earth

I can help Planet Earth by recycling and turning of anything I'm not using that takes up electricity. I can do this by throwing away paper, plastic, and glass. This will help by not causing a land fill and just renewing it and using it again. Turning off the things that use up energy can help by saving power. I think those two things could help the world so much if over have the planet started doing that.

The Weekend

This weekend I'm having some friends over to play airsoft in the woods next to my house. We play a lot of airsoft. I love to play airsoft because I like to shoot guns and these guns you can shoot at people. After we are done play airsoft we are going to have a fire with the trees we cut down. It is going to be so fun because we are going to stay up late and do a whole bunch of stuff.

Bike trip

This weekend I am going to ride my bike around town with my friends. We ride our bikes a lot during the summer for exercise. We normally ride about 10 miles each time. Every time we go we stop to eat at subway for lunch. I hope we get some good weather so we can ride. I really enjoy riding bikes because I've been riding bikes for about all my life. It gets more and more fun each time we go.

Healthy Habbits

It is very important to start the day off with a healthy breakfast because that is the meal that gives you energy for the day. Other ways to stay healthy is to exercise every day and to eat properly. Ways to eat properly are to cut back on bread and bready foods like pizza, chips, cookies, and other foods that have a lot of bread in them. Try to stay away from foods high in fat and carbohydrates and eat foods with some protein.
